👊Long Island NY Soshinkan Karate team of six competed in a Sport Jujitsu Tournament that allows punch, kick, takedowns, and submissions.
Also there was point sparring, self defense demonstrations, forms, and weapons. Everyone medaled in the tournament.
Most of us in several divisions! 👊👍
